The PWIA Self Assessment Tool © has been designed for women scholars at any stage of their career (early, mid, or established) so that they can work through a comprehensive set of questions to gain self-determined clarity on their experiences within academic systems. They can then use this deep self-reflection as the basis for deciding how they will present their case for promotion and what content they will include in their ‘equity statement’ if any.
