Original PWIA website

The original website was designed in 2020 to allow women (and men) to better understand the system they are working in, and therefore better able to make informed and empowered decisions about their career planning.

While it is no longer the focus of my service as an independent academic consultant, and neoliberal academia has exponentially ‘metasised’ since then, much of the discriminations embedded in a capitalistic knowledge-production system remain.
